People who work in health care tend to have an altruistic vision they want to help people and I hear lots of stories about how our employees are making a difference in the lives of others every day. One of the goals of Becoming One is to encourage people to share these stories, showcasing how we go the extra mile for our patients and visitors. Another part of Becoming One involves making sure our employees feel supported in sharing their ideas. As an example of this, we have a story in this rep
