Annual Report 2009 Children At Heart Ministries serving children. strengthening families.

Message from Jerry Bradley s we enter our 60th year of serving children and strengthening families, we must pause a moment to reflect over the 59th year. Every year seems to have a theme that comes from circumstances that arise. This can be from the world around us and from our own experience. 2009 was truly a year of challenge and growth. We had to react to a challenging economic environment and accept the opportunities for growth that came. Staffs and trustees of these ministries took major a

Our Ministries In many ways, 2009 was one of the most challenging years in Children At Heart Ministries sixdecade history. Severe economic difficulties confronted many Central Texas families, increasing the need for our services. Miracle Farm I always find myself reflecting as one year ends and a new one begins. During 2009, as I considered the ministry at the Farm, I kept coming back to the words restoration and relationships. Our slogan is Chance of a Lifetime and Ive been pondering how our slogan and these two words fit together. Much of what we do on a daily basis is to encourage each and every boy to consider his relationships within his family structure, his friends and others he comes in contact with. We ask que
